Croasis Research Group (CRG) adheres to a strict donation refund policy. We handle public funds with utmost care and transparency. Please read the policy below regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. General Policy
As a non-profit organization, we rely on the goodwill of our donors. Generally, a donation once made cannot be refunded. However, we acknowledge that errors can happen.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following specific circumstances:
Technical Error: If the same donation was debited twice due to a technical glitch.
Unauthorized Transaction: If a donation was made fraudulently using your card/account without your consent (subject to bank verification).
Incorrect Amount: If you intended to donate a specific amount but accidentally donated a higher sum.
3. Process for Refund
If you wish to request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact us via email at support@crg.org.in within 7 days of the transaction.
Include the following details: Date of Donation, Amount, Transaction ID, and Reason for Refund.
We will verify the claim and process the refund within 7-10 working days if deemed valid.
Note: If the tax exemption certificate (80G) has already been issued, we may not be able to process a refund.
